I have been a General Contractor for 28 years and never ever have I seen such incompetence. I hired them to do a rough and finish bathroom remodel in Manistee. I am currently filing a civil law suit in Traverse City for their incompetence. I had to hire another plumber to tear out everything they had done and start over. Maybe they can fix a faucet from leaking but that is about it. They have no idea about codes about cleanliness about timeliness or anything that has to do with plumbing.
Service technician was very nice explained what the problem was and it took him an hour to get out there and repair the problem
My Customer and the company who had to fix everything are my witnesses.
Was told they would come out and give a free estimate of what was leaking near our washer and dryer. Great! Much appreciated! I had even opened up every access and made it very easy for the technician to find the leak. While I was away at work the technician came over and found the supply line to our washer was leaking at the connection point. All he did was add teflon glue and reconnected the supply line. Charged my wife $105.. for teflon glue... I really expected better from the other reviews.
