I like having 1 line for both tickets and food. Chairs are comfortable. The curved screen is nice. Price seems high to me for matinee. I would think the bathrooms would be more automatic in such a new building.
The theater was very clean. We went on a Saturday afternoon. The staff was friendly and there were enough people working so things moved quickly. The seats were comfortable as well. Popcorn was a bit chewy. Prices are crazy, though - over $30 for one adult, one child, sharing popcorn / pop.
One line for food and tickets means that if you buy your tickets online and want to purchase food you have to wait in the long ticket line. There were 9 of us, we bought our tickets online and we were all willing to buy food. That is probably close to $60 in food and drinks that we did NOT buy. It is as if AMC doesn't want your money. Why should you have to wait in line with ticket buyers if you already have your tickets? It makes no sense. It must be to save money on employees. I go to this theater twice a year and each time I am amazed by the level of stupidity in the lobby.
Very nice theatre. Well done. Movie prices aren't to bad. Food is a little pricey. Popcorn is always good. If you go to the movies a lot and buy popcorn, splurge and get the refill bucket.
This theater makes you wait in 1 of 2 lines, members or non-members. Members pay AMC for this privilege of being helped faster. Members line is helped 5x more often than the non-members. It takes forever because at this theater you are paying for tickets and refreshments at the same time. It wouldn't have been so bad but they purposely closed the self-serve kiskos so you are forced into waiting. Go somewhere else next time, maybe or I'll continue to rate them low. Ticket and food prices are exactly what you would expect to pay. Their theater is clean along with good screens and sound quality.
