The location is great, next to a bank with atm and down the road from the mall but away from the bustle of downtown. The rooms are nice and clean. Service is always fairly good.
Have stayed 6 times. Adequate accommodations, and convenient location. Though, for the price, it would be nice to have a breakfast included. The Fairfield, across the street (and sister company) provides a very nice spread and the cost of the room is less.

I stayed here while their "system was down" and the staff treated me like I was the biggest inconvenience. It was a hassle to even put my card in to reserve the room. When I wanted to purchase something from their store she asked if I wanted to put it on my room, I said no, and she laughed and said "of course. Well then do you want to use cash or card?" I said "whatever is easier," which she responded "neither is easy for me so just pay with whatever." Hospitality skills 0/10. Glad I was only there for 1 night. However the rooms were very clean and beautiful.
Great clean, comfortable, hospitable and modern accommodation. Felt totally taken care off and am impressed by their service.
