Very Pleasant experience. Rachel the store manager helped me pick out a mattress. She was there to answer questions when I needed her and then she left me alone to look around and lay on the different beds in between. After reading horrible reviews about the Art Van furniture store, I was reluctant to shop here at the Puresleep store. My personal experience couldn't have been any better.
They don't know their products. They are pushey and sleep test is nothing more than a scale. Plus just have one sided only. Go get handmade mattresses at Curries that are two sided so you can flip them.
