terrible. called multiple times, they where never avalable, they finally set up an appointment, when I showed up, no one was there and no one answered my call, I drove over an hour to do business and they left me hanging, it was very difficult to find no signs nothing just a paper stuck in the window that had their number, no one called me back from my message. went to Vince jewlers, they where great to work with and very polite and gave me a good price
I recently sat down with the owner to get a price a price for the coins and jewelry from my mothers estate. I had taken everything to 4 different places in town so that I would get a fair price for the estate. The owner of Carat Karat asked me not to tell him the prices I was quoted so that I could get an honest price from him also.

After spending nearly six hours of testing each and every piece with their XRF? Machine he quoted prices that were between 11 and 50 percent more than everyone else! I hadnt intended on selling everything right then, but after the owner gave me their price, I thought they may have made a mistake and figured I better sell before he found his mistake.
