Went to our Traverse City location to see if they could fix 2 cheap necklaces I bought elsewhere that had broken and they fixed them at no charge! I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be coming here next time I need to buy any jewelry. The staff is very friendly & helpful.
Couldn't do any business with them but the staff were great. They answered all my questions and went the extra mile to try and help.
The store manager Rhonda should not be in the position to run your Traverse City store. The customer service was not pleasant and made us feel horrible investing in a new ring we actually walked out of the store.
