It's clean and I've never had an issue with returns like Home Depot and prices are good. It's a box store, there are some folks who know their stuff here but I don't count on it. Just like I don't expect the guy stocking the shelf at target to be a wine sommelier.
I had four interior doors installed. I realized that I am missing seven screws. All hinges were screwed to the walls properly, but only one door had all of its screws on the door hinge. My bathroom door is missing four screws. My bedroom door does not shut very smoothly. I called the installation team and told them of the problems and who my installer was. I was told that the installer would contact me within 48 hours to set up a time to fix it. It has been more than 48 hours and I haven't received a call. It appears I will have to call them again and explain the problem again and wait for a call.
Bill in appliance was so helpful! He answered all of our questions and helped us find exactly what we needed. He was kind, courteous and helpful to everyone we encountered while we were there. The cashier was also extremely helpful as well as the customer service team. Prices were reasonable and affordable for quality items. We will be coming back to Lowe's for all our household needs!
Worst store ever! I have called multiple times, they put me hold for 15 min then hang up. Nobody helps with my issue, say they’ll call back and never do, then I end up on hold for 15min with a hang up! Very frustrating, I bought an extended warranty on my product and they give you grief and don’t fix the problem, 3 months later I’m still dealing with this same issue! I will never purchase from them again
