Great value, but sometimes select few tools have problems. They always warranty their tools for me.
I was glad to shop here for the first time without being hounded in every aisle for help. It would be nice if my cashier didn't slam all my items on the counter and recklessly into the bag. Tossing brittle plastic items under heavier metal ones in the bag. I'm sure asking a lot, but could he at least act like he likes his job? I hate my job, but I try not to let it interfere with providing service. Mr. F. should be fired, he clearly doesn't want to be there.
I like Harbor Freight! Although you have to keep in mind your buying mostly Chinese made stuff. Not much for their power tools, and I would be nervous about buying things like a generator or anything you might want service for down the road because repair places around here won't service them.
Just got to use common sense and check out what your thinking of buying.
Tools are not the best quality, but there are also a lot of good ones here. My main concern for a good rating was one time, I had a 30.00 gift card that I lost. This awesome guy helped me look for it, and he even gave me 20.00 to replace it! I did find my card and gave him the money. Staff is awesome!
Hard to get parts for.
The customer service at this location is non-existent. The cashier had no knowledge of the items they were selling, and she was very rude. Yelling at me about purchasing items separately when we were purchasing them for an organization and for personal use and needed separate receipts. This was the first and last time I will go to this store.
