I was able to get in almost immediately, and they were wonderfully efficient. My hair turned out just as I had asked for, and I couldn't ask for more.
I would have loved to give this place four or five stars based on my first experience, my hair turned out amazing and Shannon helped me pick out the right products for my hair at home AND gave me a discount. I was in love, even put her contact in my phone as "Shannon Hair Magic!" lol. But the next time I went, she seemed irritated about something as soon as I walked in, and ignored me basically the entire time and did not smile even once. She did my hair while simultaneously perming another clients hair, and cutting another's. And because I just wanted her to do the same cut and color as last time, when she didn't double check with me what I wanted I thought it was because she had it logged somewhere but she must not have because the color was way too dark. And then she didn't even style my hair, she cut it all one length and goes "trust me, this is really in right now." So I ended up with a trim job I could have done myself and a color that completely washed out my already pale skin tone, and was way darker on the ends than at the root. It was like she was in a bad mood so she completely botched my hair because she wasn't focused. I wasn't completely turned away though, I thought they were things I could get corrected next visit, and it really didn't look all that bad. But when I tried to set up my next appointment, I was told Shannon was out of town and I could get in "next thursday" possibly, that she would check her schedule and get back to me... Well thursday came and went and I never heard from her, so I texted again... and again over the course of a few WEEKS and SHE COMPLETELY BLEW ME OFF. Never responded and I never went back. I know this because she does my sisters hair and she was texting her back while ignoring me. Absolutely unprofessional and will never EVER be going back. I died my hair out of a box recently and it looks 10x better than her color job AND lasts longer (the colors used at Love are Paul Mitchell and fade more quickly than any dye I have ever used). It's a shame they decided to blow of a customer who was SO in love with their salon and their work, I really thought I found my forever stylist. Nope!!! Save your money and go somewhere where they actually value their customers as people!

Beautiful work and good price for a cut! Listened and edited the shape as I suggested. My stylist understood curly hair well and was the first stylist willing to listen to me and cut some length on top so curls would form. Probably be back for color.
talented staff (Tyler) listened, problem solved and repaired my color mistake and gave me a great new style~ highly recommend this salon
