The initial consultation was good, I had a minor procedure and scheduled a recheck plus a second procedure. When I confirmed the second appointment I was told that I would have to reschedule as the practitioner would not be in the office that day. Two weeks later, I arrived for the rescheduled appointment that I had confirmed via email 2 days prior to find that the practitioner was not in the office that day, either. I was told that a "message had been left". One would think that a complementary facial or product might have been offered, but no, it was a 90 mile round-trip drive for nothing.
I guess I'll take my sagging cheeks elsewhere.
