Highly Recommend! I had never Kickboxed before, ever. Everyone is super friendly, inviting and helpful with any questions. I'm having a blast and have signed up for the unlimited classes for a year, and don't see myself stopping there. It's a great workout but also learning valuable things like self defense and overall self awareness and confidence. Definitely a great and a much needed #StressReliever

I cannot say enough good things about this facility! The instructors are knowledgeable, the staff are helpful, and the gym is clean. I went in for my first class a week ago, and went back yesterday to purchase a year membership. While the classes have high energy and are extremely motivating, they are also welcoming to beginners in that everybody receives the attention they need to get a safe, healthy, sweat-filled workout. I can already tell being a part of this gym is going to be more like being part of a team. Highly recommended!
The instructor, Jen, was awesome and let me take things at my own pace, being a newbie. Gyms are super clean and staff are all super friendly!
