I've been going to planet fitness for years and it's my favorite gym. Low cost, great atmosphere and the equipment is always clean and up to date. The guided squat racks are a bummer because I like the old school types, but it's safer so I get it.
Cheap, nice equipment. However its a stale corporate chain with weird mission statement.
Well, long story short, the cabin I was staying had the worst well water ever so showering there was not an option. Got in and out with no problem. I'm a member of a different club so the front desk did a great job of making it work.
Tons of cardio machines mean no waiting. Occasional waiting for weight machines. Locker area kept clean. 24/7 access. Lots of TV screen choices if you like that while doing your cardio. Trainer will give you a tour and s free program set up.
Wish I had one near my new employment. Loved going here. Reasonably priced, clean and lots of options
