Upon that comment I decided to take my cushions and go somewhere else. Which is when I discovered that my cushions had been SITTING OUTSIDE and were COMPLETELY SOAKED THROUGH. Although, yes, they are boat cushions, they are not 100% outdoor cushions (they are cabin cushions) and are not intended to be left outside. It took 2 full weeks before they were dry enough for the other business to be able to handle them and make a proper template.
I have had work done here years ago and it was very professionally done!! They reupholstered chairs in my hair salon and it lasted much better than from the factory. I highly recommend them!
Took some boat cushions to this place earlier this year. I thought it would be nice to support the small local business of our area. After waiting 2 weeks for a call with a quote, I decided to stop by. I was given an excuse for the long wait that (and i quote) "The foam manufacturer hasn't called me back. They probably forgot."
