The store itself is great. Tried to get a hold of someone in the auto/tire center. I called for over an hour, just wanted info about tire swap from all season to winter tires. Customer service just put me on hold and I wait 15 minutes with no music just to end up hanging up. Horrible!
Great place to shop. Has decent prices and the staff is always friendly.
The staff at this Sam's Club had always went out of their way to be helpful (with the exception of the mobile phone department). The developer of the Scan & Go should get a raise I have recommend friends get a Sam's Club membership just to take advantage of that app!
Only exception is the Tire area. There is a very rude blond guy with a large mustache that should never work with customers. I will never purchase tires from Sam's because you are forced to deal with him. Complete jerk. That is putting it mildly.
Really like Sam's club prices, friendly customer service, and scan and go.
I was trying to download the new scan and go app and the first girl I worked with needs get some coaching on what good customer service is. Her personal skills need attention. The second girl did a little better, but when we couldn't get all of the features of the scan and go to work correctly she gave me the oh well response. If Sams doesn't want to lose customers to the new Costco coming to town in a week they better train there customer service staff better.
