Cherryland Floral did a fabulous job in the birthday arrangement they sent for mom's 90th birthday. It was out of this world! We live out of town....knew nothing about the floral shop...placed the order and closed out fingers. I saw pictures of the floral basket and was so happy! I took an antique satsuma peacock vase and asked if they could make a pretty flower arrangement with my vase and deliver it to my wife at work.
I purchased an arrangement over the phone for a funeral and could not have been more pleased. Not only was the arrangement beautiful but when I called to let them know I had given them the wrong location they assured me they had already double checked with the funeral home and had planned to deliver the arrangement per their instructions. Excellent customer service! When we arrived at the service the family told us how beautiful the arrangement was and it truly exceeded my expectations. The last time I needed an arrangement for a funeral and used a florist in Grand Rapids I was so disappointed. That was definitely not the case here. This arrangement was easily 3 times bigger than that one and far more beautiful for the same price. If I lived in Traverse City I would purchase every floral arrangement I ever needed from this florist! Thank you so much Cherryland!
