Also, during my last visit, I selected and was charged for a higher tier but didn't get the extras, just the basic one.
Haven't had the best experiences here. I've had to correspond with someone multiple times, and I'm giving a third star because they've generally made it right. For a while, I was in their club with unlimited washes, which is financially viable since the individual washes are overpriced. I've had the whole wash go down four separate times. Once I was on the way to a wedding and had to exit covered in soap and then pay to manually wash it off (in my dress clothes). They made it right by offering me a free wash, but I was already in the unlimited club, so that didn't do much good and I was out $10 for the manual wash. When I asked to cancel my membership finally, I didn't get a response, and ended up getting billed an extra month when I wasn't using it. There's usually quite a long line in the two automatic washes, which is frustrating. Probably another two bays would make more sense. Overall, I'd say I've had too many problems, and I'm a little sore about getting billed $35 for an extra month I wasn't using and never heard back about being canceled.
It doesn't seem to ever operate right or ever get my car clean. Last time I went there was a huge spot on my bumper that it missed.
This carwash would get a 5 star but the price is a little over the top.

Completely automated process, which I generally think is fine, however they're significantly more expensive than other places, and not a great value for what you pay for. Their dryers are definitely lacking compared to really anything else.
