These guys came so highly recommended I was quite surprised when the outside of my car had not been wiped off entirely and there were still items stuck between the seats when it came back to me.
Before today, I would have rated this a 3 out of 5. My car looked okay when I got it back, but I could tell that they had cut corners on some things, like not rolling the windows down to clean the entire thing. Today, I saw that, two days ago, they cashed the check I wrote them when I took my car in for the detailing. Problem is, I had my car detailed the first week of August, so three and a half months ago, and they just now cashed the check? Poor business practice. I will take my business elsewhere next time.
Made my car look new again! I have two kids and a dog, so you can imagine the mess they create. No more odors, dog hair, milk stains, gold fish, hand prints, dirty carpets! Excellent customer service. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I now take all my cars to have them detailed and love them all over again! I will definitely refer them to others!
