I don't ever post reviews but due to their excellent service, that has changed. Friendly, helpful and a job well done and in a timely fashion. If my windshield is ever in need of repair, ill be going back to safelite.... thanks guys!!!
Lowest price in town. however i didn't like the online experience. they sent me a coupon. i went online and got a quote. then i applied my coupon but when i got to the end my price was higher so that after adding the coupon went back down to the quote price. this didn't make sense since i added the coupon after i got the quote.
Excellent customer service. Technician was quick, capable, knowledgeable, and professional. Loved that they came to my house and I could eat breakfast while my windshield was getting fixed. The window looks great too.
Procrastinated getting my cracked windshield fixed...but Bryan and Tammy made the experience fabulous! Not only did they take my car a bit earlier than its scheduled time, I was able to pick it up post work hours.
