I had a tire with a slow leak that I kept putting off for ages. Finally decided to call these guys...right in the middle of snow tire season. So I couldn't get a hold of them at all on the phone, as they were so busy. The next day, I drove down for a walk-in appointment. It took several hours, but in the end it was a super simple fix. They didn't try to con me into buying a bunch of stuff, and they were SUPER nice despite being so slammed with work. I'll definitely be coming back!
I had a great experience at a discount tire in Florida which makes me upset about this experience. Nice people, nice place but wouldn’t recommend. I brought in my car to have the winter tires put on. I had to buy two new snow tires because two of mine weren’t the right size for my car (no big deal I was prepared to buy two) the other two snow tires that I brought were pretty low on treat which I knew and asked the guy to put the new snow tires on the front because my car is a front wheel drive. He goes on telling me that they recommend to put the new tires on the back regardless of the fact that it’s a front wheel car because of something he told me about breaking and what not. So I took his word for it and let them put the new tires on the back. I left the place and found out that they forgot to put on a hubcap so after trying to call which no one answers I had to drive all the way back. Anyway after having the car back in the snow for a week I was still sliding everywhere, couldn’t back out of parking spaces if there was a little bit of snow and could barely make it up hills. It was basically driving the same as when I had my spring tires on. I had to have my boyfriend switch the new tires to the front (after it took him an hour to get my car up his driveway which it had to be towed up) switched them and had little trouble getting up his driveway after that. I don’t know why they would tell anyone who has a small car and front wheel drive to put the new tires on the back. I want to not believe that places take advantage of young females but in this case I think they were just trying to get me back to buy two more.
The guys who work here are great. Remembered me by name when I came back in to get my car. They stay calm and polite when rude women barge in demanding to be helped NOW. yes that happened when I was there. Not to mention there was a line up waiting before open. Way to go guys for doing amazing work.

We bought our tires at discount tire almost 3 years ago. Recently, one of our tires was losing air, so we pulled In to discount tire, a half hour before they closed. This did not seem to bother them. They had found a screw in the tire. They plugged it, patched it from the inside, and also rotated and rebalance all the tires. Because we had bought the tires there, it was ALL done for free! With a smile on there face. I highly recommend discount tire and they have a lifetime customer
