Had a quick conversation with the dude over the phone moments ago, I had a very unpleasant conversation with him. He was impolite, I did not enjoy talking to him. He didn't asked me what issues I was experiencing, and started quoting me several parts I needed. When I pressed him on him, he told me he had 35 years of experience and he did not need to look at my car to know what is wrong with it. he went on saying that if I wanted him to take a look, it would be $85. I don't mind going to his competitors and paying more for better customer service.
Very Poor rushed service. Told me the hesitation in my accelaration and my engine bogging down going uphills was because of the the o2 sensor. They replaced it and still had same problem. Brought it back and they told me its because the gas pedal is hitting a floor mat! Said nothing Is wrong with the car. Car still has the exact same issue.
I have been doing business with John and he employees for 20 plus year.

I ended up going to Olsen's AutoRepair. They gave me a free inspection. Told me what parts I needed, ordered it and put it on the same day. My car was ready the following day. It was $72 and I had a very pleasant experience. Never going back to Redmonds again.
