Husband went in for a trim from 2in to 1/4 inch, the lady nicked a bald spot the size of half a dollar bill on the back of his head while touching up at the end. Let him pay, tip, and leave without showing or saying anything. Had to return and ask for the amount for the service to be refunded, pointing out the perfect square on the back of his head, stating she could still keep the $10 tip for her time. She then fought me over it, stating that it was there prior to the cut, then chipped an attitude and tossed the money on the counter. Not impressed..
There should be a sixth star for that.
My wife has had a great cut there several times and she's always a "walk in" because of our schedule. They accommodate her and do a great job.
Worst ever. I mean, these chicks go to beauty school, right? One wouldn't think so. I simply asked for root touch up and some fresh highlights. She colored it and toned it once and tried to pass it off without letting me see the back. When seeing it I noticed a large dark orange portion of hair that was either left out or didn't take. She said toning it again would fix it. It didn't fix anything. The owner came over and told her she had to stay over to fix my hair. Once again she colored it and toned it. After 5 1/2 hours It finally came out alright enough to walk out. Then the stylist got mad because I didn't tip. She best be glad I even paid. Never again.

Just got back from a cut today. Looks great, didn't cost a lot, and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, no prior appointment.
I've been going to Bo-Tangles since the room up front had an NES console in it and we got to play Super Mario Brothers while we got our hair cut, and mom got hers cut.
