The project was outlined in advance of work starting, choices of quality roofing material was very well communicated, the actual work was completed on time (actually ahead of schedule) and the crews were very professional from start up to clean up. Would never recommend Northshore Exterior Roofing. Was misinformed as to the type of material I should put on my house. Glad I got a 2nd and 3rd opinion. The company I used may have cost a bit more but at least they knew what they were talking about and the final product looks great.

After a poor experience with another local company we were fortunate enough to find Northshore Exteriors. They arrived the day we spoke to begin evaluating our situation and provided immediate assistance to some severely damaged fascia. As we worked to determine our best needs for a new roof they were able to provide us fast contracts with various options. Due to the nature of our roof the project grew beyond our initial expectations but N.E. was able to quickly assess our situation, provide new options, and begin work right away. They were also very professional as we worked to secure additional financing beyond our initial expectations due to unknown damage and problems with our existing roof. Our roof was installed during an unseasonably warm December along with considerable work to our fascia. All done quickly, professionally, and always a phone call or text message away. Cleanup was good and after the snow melted a simple phone call had a crew out to finish additional cleanup that the snow had covered. I highly recommend N.E. for anyone looking at new roofing options. You will not be disappointed!
