They were really busy when I got there, but did nothing to assist the situation with maybe another employee.
I can't make a review on the actual post office but I can make a review on the person bringing my mail to my mailbox. I have ordered many items from amazon that are being delivered to me by the postal service and they have not been delivered. I'm not sure if they've been stolen or they've lied and lost my packages but this is the worst experience that I've ever had with the postal service. Amazon is losing money because of the incompetence of these people that are delivering my packages. I have no problems with getting my packages from Fed Ex and UPS!!!!!! If I could pick them to deliver all my packages I would. I think the USPS needs to learn not just a few things from them but ALOT!!!!!!! I will be making a visit to the Barlow branch this week. Will not be a nice visit!!!!!

It's not the worst post office I've been to.
The staff is quite friendly here. Some will say it's understaffed, but it's not as bad as some other locations that I've visited. Wait times are generally five to ten minutes. I have had multiple issues in the past with packages getting lost, requests not being fulfilled, etc., but that's not unlike USPS in general.
Every time I am at this location, almost every employee I have encountered is helpful and friendly. They should train the employees at the Union St location in good customer service.
