We went with STP to do some exterior painting because of the large number of five star ratings and the fact that they are a full service remodeling company and we need to have the whole inside of our house redone and because its twenty plus years old and very outdated.Well,if I could give STP ten stars I would!!The owners,Eric and Leanne were very hands on.They contacted us and came over a number of times to make sure everything was going good and that we were 100% satisfied with the work.In fact,they even did some of the work themselves which is unheard of for owners.The crew that they sent over was very experienced,very professional and very polite.They took us on a walk around a number of times to make sure the work that they did was up to our expectations and it certainly was.In closing,we will be using STP to completely remodel the interior of our house and any other work that we need done in the future.If you want great work done by great people ,then STP is who you should call.Thanks again Eric & Leeanne your absolutely the best!! STP Painting & Remodeling are a top notch company and are most respectful of the home they are working in and the homeowners they are working with. We were in our home for the entire job (painting every wall, door, miles of trim and the occasional ceiling if needed) and Eric's team of painters were very professional. Not only was the estimate fair, but the workmanship was incredible. It was easy to communicate with STP, the owner or his wife (Leanne) was available to discuss the job progress from start to finish. Eric and STP was recommended to us by another professional painter who was no longer doing business in Traverse City. He told me that he couldn't in good conscience recommend anyone else. Eric came out promptly and gave us a very competitive quote. Due to an upcoming graduation party, Eric adjusted his schedule and moved us up so that the work could be completed in time for that event. I can't say enough about the friendliness, professionalism and timeliness of all our communications. The work crew was also friendly, respectful and did a quality job. Special shout out to James , one of the painters, who was a conscientious work horse and was committed to getting the job done regardless of the weather. The siding repairs and painting was quality work and we are completely satisfied. We will be definitely calling STP for any future work required.
Eric , LeeAnn and their team were awesome! They painted the whole interior and at the last minute we decided to have them put in a vinyl floor in the family room. They still had everything done to perfection in time for our move! Thank you for everything!!
