Movers came without tools! I dissasembled and reassembled my own bed. One of the movers assisted. Both of the men were very nice, I am just disappointed how the issue was handled when I mentioned it to the office staff. She said she would talk to her manager and see if they could discount the price at all.I did not receive any further contact, but was sent a laughable check for just over 30 dollars. No letter, no explanation. The move cost upwards of 650 dollars. I feel a company should at least call and take ownership of their mistakes. I was obviously dismissed. Very disappointing.

We had an awful, unprofessional experience with this company. They arrived very late (1130am to start a 4br house move). The movers had a 45min screaming fight on my lawn, about somebody's girlfriend. We lived in a very upscale neighborhood and I was appalled. It was like an episode of Jerry Springer unfolding. They also took out a large chunk of wall and damaged my carpets. When I went to meet the man who was going to fix the wall he never showed up. They are offering me a small amount in compensation for the damages, which does not cover the expense. I would highly recommend staying far away from this company.
