I called to ask if they had any suggestions of online schooling. The lady who was on the phone rudely responded with no like I was some kind of idiot. Personally they need to look into someone new to answer their phones. I like to hear a happy kind response rather than a rude one. I personally answer phones all day and wouldn't dream of speaking to someone in such ill manner. I hope this is drawn to the companies attention and the woman is spoken to. I will not be looking into contacting this company ever again because of how I was treated in a mere few seconds. It only takes one bad impression to ruin someones view of the company. I wish I would have caught the woman's name so I could leave them a private message informing them of the ill manner this woman spoke to me in. I may sound young, but I am no idiot when it comes to knowing how to treat another human being.
