Hard to open door broken machines
Dryer 16 doesn't dry worth beans. Ms. Pac Man stole 50 cents. No attendant. Drive across town to 8th Street.
$12.00 to wash a comforter. half the machines were broken and did not work. No attendent on duty. Expensive, fairly clean, local but they should do a better job keeping the machinery up and working. 1/2 star
improving, still lots of machines broken/needing repair
On Dec. 12, 2016 I went to do laundry. The facility was clean but after I put my clothes into the dryer after about 15 minutes it over heated. I then put the clothes into a another dryer. The clothes came out smelling like something had burnt. It had ruined some of our items. I called and left a message that evening. I proceeded to call over the next few days and no response. I finally spoke with someone 3 days later and he basically called me a liar. I was told to bring the receipts by for the items i had to replace and leave it in the janitorial closet and they would get back to me. That was the 16th. I have yet to hear back from them on this matter. I will never again use this laundramat. Very poor way to do business.
