Bought vacuum cleaner from Advanced several years ago. Brought it back for service and was very pleased with quick service. This is the place to go for vacuum cleaners.
I had to take my vaccum to this guy because someone thought it was a great idea to duck a baby sock up and let it burn in my 1300 vaccum without telling me.
The customer service of this place is deplorable. I took a vacuum here which was supposedly going to be covered under warranty by Electrolux. However, upon arriving I was told that this was "user error" and "intentional damage caused by the user pulling on the cord". Cause isn't that what everyone does? Intentionally yank and pull on their cords to expose wires? I mean, who wouldn't want sparks shooting out of it when they turn it on?! I was also fortunate enough to then be lectured and given a demonstration on how to "properly" use a vacuum, as if I were 12 years old. I partially blame Electrolux for not specifying that this may not be covered, but also having them send their customers to a place with this horrible of customer service. This individual was extremely rude and demeaning. I would rather buy a new vacuum every other year than have to take the time to have it repaired by this individual. Do yourself a favor and just throw you vacuum out before considering having it repaired here. Again, I cannot express enough how horrible the customer service is.

I took it in after I thought I could fix everything and ended up screw stuff up to the point of 250+$ to get it fix. Right them and there he gave me the worst case sinario and the best. I waited a couple days for him to do a estimate (which is free) and he called me and said he managed to save what was wrong and fix everything else and I only had a 47$ bill which I felt should have been way more. He is amazing with price and respect you which I love. Only person I will ever be going for my vaccum needs
Very helpful and really friendly staff. Reasonably priced and had filters and belts for my vacuum in stock.
