These guys are awesome! I checked with several local businesses and Glass Docs was the best price and by far the best customer service. Very friendly and helpful, Ken did a beautiful job replacing a large window in my home. We will definitely use them again. I HIGHLY recommend them!!
I had a cracked window on my house called a number of glass companies but know one showed up. I guess the job was too small for them. called glass doctor. they came out, measured my window and had one installed. Made sure I got there business cards. they will get all my glass business in the future
Yesterday we had 6 new windows installed. Ken and Marcia (?) not sure of spelling were the workers, and I want to assure you we were very happy with both of them. They arrived In a timely manner, they were both very professional, they continually worked very hard and the quality of the work appears to be excellent. They arrived here at 2:00 and didn't leave until 7:00, which is a very long day with the other appts. they had prior to us. Please take time to let them know we truly were pleased!!!!
This company lacks basic customer service. They never showed up during the time frame (3 hours) they were supposed to. When I was finally able to track down a way to reach the technicians, they acted like it wasn’t there fault, repeating over and over how I’m not their only customer. I simply would have appreciated a call letting me know they would be late.
