Great Lakes Pet Memorial is wonderful. Carrie was phenomenal, she was very patient with us and extremely kind during the entire process. There is not a doubt, that our beloved Flower was treated with respect and dignity by Carrie and the rest of the staff. They went above and beyond, taking multiple nose and paw prints for us, and answering every sobbing unintelligible phone call from us between dropping her off and picking her up. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of such services.
