Yen Yen was especially great her personality is large and lovely.
Every one was very professional, friendly, helpful and respectful. I enjoyed the professional and considerate staff, from the receptionist through the xrays, exam of teeth and gums, up to the tooth needed pulled. All staff were very professional and explain everything I asked, and all additional information about my teeth and gums.
Staff is great didn't have much of a wait time. Had a very good experience! Very courteous and professinal!
Was looking at my teeth and realized I have a cavity, called Aspen this morning and they had a 7:45 appointment available, wow was I lucky, I arrived and was received by very polite lady, then Yen Yen took me
to X-ray and was very kind and thoughtful, the dentist looked and confirmed the cavity, then did a filling, he was great did not feel the shot. Then they shifted me to David, he was very good also , did a great job.
The staff is great! From the time I stepped through the door they made me feel at home and important. They were quick to help with fixing the issues I have with my teeth and working out a plan.
One thing, oral surgeon is not in Dental Clinic daily, I would like to have had full and immediate access to the oral surgeon services sooner.
We were told we had 12 and 12:30 appointment, but actually they were later. the staff is friendly and nice. very professional. being a chain, they certainly don't have the "home town Dentist" feel, and they make you feel like your just a number and not a patient, but over all good experience
