We had a mechanical issue a couple blocks from the shop yesterday. Despite being customers of a competitor, we wheeled the bike in. Steve dropped what he was doing to take a look. He figured out the issue and had us fixed up in less than four minutes. They also refused to accept payment of any sort. Top-notch in every way. Highly recommended!!
