PNC couldn't give less thought about any of that.
They do not close at 1pm on sat. It is 12pm. This messed me all up when I went to get a money order to buy a house and was 15 late. Change your times of business online!!!!
I have had an account with PNC Bank for about 5 years now, and until a couple years ago I enjoyed having them as my bank. I have however, switched to Chase and am not regretting it at all! They have way better costumer service than this bank will ever have. No one will lie to me, they are very honest and are adamant about security.
Unhelpful, uninterested, scripted interaction over the phone and then transferred to a national call center. I contacted a different branch that was happy to help.
They will lie to you about due dates, i.e. 5 days from now you will be charged each day for overdraft fees, when in reality its two days and you're out of town and can't due anything about it. Then when you call and say hey you lied to me, they say it's all in the loan paperwork and you're solely responsible for that, not us.
I've lost my job in January both last year and this year, and in fear of overdraft fees I wanted to turn my bank account to where if the funds aren't there, the transaction won't come through. I've been in 3 times now and have called about 5, and they STILL HAVEN'T FIXED IT. Needless to say I've closed my account and will never go back.
Horrible service. I tried to cash a check and they required 2 forms of identification. Apparently a pilots license, MasterCard, visa, drivers license and several other things weren't good enough
