This is the 2nd year I have used them for my taxes although I have known the family for much longer. Good, honest, detail oriented people. I know several others who have used them much longer than I and are happy as well.
If I could score less than 1 star, I would. I asked for an accountant to help me in a new (to me) business venture. Zero customer service, communication, understanding or helpfulness. After many months of trying to get this firm to work with me, they finally filed my taxes and billed me for $850? I was looking for a "business partner" accountant that could help me set up my software, define my business categories, advise on business strategies to help pay who I needed (government) and keep it under control. Don't use this firm!
